Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UniMarkets handles information across its website, waitlist, contact flows, product interfaces, analytics, and prediction market aggregator features.

Effective Date: 19 May 2026. For questions, contact alerts@unimarket.io.

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how UniMarkets collects, uses, shares, stores, protects, and manages information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, contact us, use product pages, access documentation, interact with beta features, connect with supported tools, or otherwise engage with the UniMarkets prediction market aggregator and trading terminal. This Policy applies to personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an individual, depending on applicable law.

UniMarkets is a software and information product focused on prediction market aggregation, market discovery, analytics, watchlists, trading terminal workflows, and intelligence interfaces. Because the product may interact with third-party platforms, market data providers, wallet providers, analytics services, communication tools, and infrastructure vendors, some information may also be processed under the privacy policies of those third parties. This Policy describes UniMarkets practices, but it does not control or replace the policies of external venues, wallets, exchanges, blockchains, identity providers, payment processors, or other third parties. You should read their policies before using those services.

2. Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us. This includes your name, email address, company name, role, country, region, reason for contacting us, waitlist preferences, feedback, support messages, survey answers, beta access requests, demo requests, investor or partnership inquiries, hiring inquiries, and any files or text you submit through forms or email. If you apply for a job through UniMarkets career pages, we may collect your resume, phone number, country, cover note, job title selected, and information contained in application materials.

You should not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, government identity documents, financial account credentials, highly sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, or regulated data unless we specifically request it through a secure process. If you include unnecessary sensitive information in a message, we may store it as part of that communication record unless and until it is deleted under our retention process or a valid request. The accuracy of information you provide is your responsibility. If you provide information about another person, you represent that you have the right to do so and that you have provided any required notice or obtained any required consent.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use UniMarkets, we may automatically collect technical and usage information. This may include IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, language preference, screen size, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, error logs, performance data, security events, form interaction data, and general analytics. We collect this information to operate the website, detect abuse, secure the platform, understand product usage, improve performance, diagnose bugs, measure campaigns, and prioritize development.

If UniMarkets offers application features, we may collect product interaction data such as watchlists created, alerts configured, interface preferences, dashboards viewed, markets searched, integrations selected, API usage, login events, device sessions, account settings, and feature engagement. Where wallet connection features are available, we may process public wallet addresses, chain identifiers, transaction hashes, signatures, token permissions, and on-chain public activity associated with those addresses. Blockchain data is generally public and may remain visible permanently outside our control.

4. Market, Trading, and Aggregator Data

UniMarkets may display or process market information from third-party venues and data sources. Depending on the feature, this may include market names, categories, implied probabilities, prices, depth, liquidity, order book data, settlement status, volume, links, venue metadata, spreads, fees, volatility, historical movement, and related analytics. If you create an account or configure preferences, we may associate some product usage patterns with your account, email, API key, or device identifier to provide personalized dashboards, saved searches, watchlists, alerts, or access controls.

If UniMarkets later supports order routing, portfolio views, execution assistance, venue connections, or account linking, the platform may process information needed to enable those features. This could include connected venue identifiers, public wallet addresses, order metadata, balances visible through integrations, transaction status, routing preferences, and operational logs. We do not ask for or store private keys or seed phrases. You should never provide them. Any third-party trading account, exchange account, wallet, or venue interaction may be subject to that provider’s own privacy, compliance, and data retention practices.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies. These technologies help keep the website functional, remember preferences, support waitlist and form flows, measure traffic, identify errors, prevent abuse, improve security, understand campaign performance, and personalize product experiences. Some cookies may be essential for website functionality, while others may support analytics or marketing where permitted by law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block or delete cookies, some parts of UniMarkets may not work correctly, and preferences may be lost. Third-party analytics, hosting, security, or embedded tools may place their own cookies or collect identifiers under their policies. We aim to use reasonable, privacy-conscious configurations, but the precise technologies used may change as the product evolves. Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies or provide appropriate controls.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve UniMarkets. This includes responding to messages, managing the waitlist, processing career applications, providing support, sending product updates, troubleshooting errors, improving dashboards, developing new features, measuring product interest, analyzing usage trends, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing terms, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, and communicating about changes.

We may use information to personalize the platform, such as remembering preferences, enabling saved watchlists, configuring alerts, organizing market categories, supporting beta access, or improving recommendations. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand market interest, usage patterns, product performance, venue coverage, and feature demand. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you directly and may be used for research, reporting, analytics, product development, public insights, or commercial planning.

7. Legal Bases and Consent

Depending on your location, we may rely on different legal bases for processing personal information. These may include performance of a contract, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, consent, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of rights and security, and other lawful bases recognized by applicable privacy laws. For example, we may process your email to manage waitlist access because you requested it, process support messages to respond to you, use technical logs for security based on legitimate interests, and retain certain records where legally required.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal will not affect processing already completed. If you unsubscribe from marketing or product announcements, we may still send operational, legal, security, transactional, or account-related messages when necessary. If you request deletion, some information may remain where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, audit, backup, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of exchanging it for money. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and product, such as hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, email services, security vendors, form processors, customer support tools, development vendors, cloud infrastructure, and professional advisers. These providers are expected to process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to appropriate obligations.

We may share information with third-party platforms when you choose to connect, route, authenticate, or interact with them. For example, if you connect a wallet or access an external venue through UniMarkets, the relevant third party may receive information necessary to complete that interaction. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulator, government authority, sanctions screening, compliance obligation, or legal process. We may also disclose information to protect rights, safety, security, users, partners, the public, or the integrity of UniMarkets. If UniMarkets is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or business transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

9. International Transfers

UniMarkets may be accessed globally, and service providers may operate in different countries. Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred outside your country or region, including to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your local law. When required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, vendor assessments, data minimization, access controls, or other lawful mechanisms.

By using UniMarkets or submitting information, you understand that information may be processed in countries where UniMarkets, its team, infrastructure providers, or service providers operate. If you have questions about international processing or want to exercise rights available under your local privacy law, you can contact us at alerts@unimarket.io.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encrypted transport, secure hosting practices, logging, least-privilege permissions, code review, vendor evaluation, backups, and monitoring. However, no internet service, email system, wallet interaction, hosting provider, or database can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your own devices, email, passwords, wallet keys, API keys, and account credentials. UniMarkets will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. If you receive a message asking for these details, treat it as suspicious. If you believe you have received a phishing attempt or that your interaction with UniMarkets may have been compromised, contact us promptly at alerts@unimarket.io.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, manage waitlists, respond to support requests, process applications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve products, prevent abuse, and enforce terms. The retention period depends on the type of information, the purpose of processing, the sensitivity of the data, legal requirements, user expectations, security needs, and operational needs.

Waitlist and contact information may be retained while we operate the product, communicate launch updates, or respond to your inquiry. Career application data may be retained for recruitment, evaluation, compliance, and future hiring consideration unless you request deletion where applicable. Technical logs may be retained for security and debugging for a limited period, although backups or audit records may persist longer. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely because it does not directly identify individuals.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise rights, contact us at alerts@unimarket.io and describe your request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications using available unsubscribe links or by contacting us. You can control cookies through your browser. You can disconnect third-party wallets or accounts through wallet or platform settings where available. Some information may not be deleted immediately if we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or operational reasons. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

13. Children, Sensitive Data, and Restricted Users

UniMarkets is not intended for children or for users below the minimum legal age required to use prediction markets, financial tools, online contracts, or similar services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to UniMarkets, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless specifically requested. Sensitive data may include government identifiers, precise financial account credentials, health information, biometric information, political opinions, religious beliefs, union membership, private keys, seed phrases, or highly confidential information. If law requires additional protection for certain categories of data, we will handle such information as required where we knowingly process it.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as UniMarkets evolves, as laws change, or as we add new features, integrations, vendors, or data practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, email, product interface, or other reasonable means. Continued use of UniMarkets after an updated Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the UniMarkets Terms and Conditions. If you have privacy questions, data requests, security concerns, vendor questions, or concerns about how information is handled, contact UniMarkets at alerts@unimarket.io. We will make reasonable efforts to respond appropriately and within the timelines required by applicable law.
