Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to the UniMarkets website, waitlist, interfaces, product pages, documentation, prediction market aggregation tools, and related services.

Effective Date: 19 May 2026. For questions, contact alerts@unimarket.io.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of UniMarkets, including the website, waitlist, communications, product pages, dashboards, market discovery tools, aggregator interfaces, analytics pages, account flows, APIs, documentation, and any current or future application operated under the UniMarkets brand. By visiting the website, submitting a waitlist form, creating an account, connecting a wallet, interacting with a beta release, using a dashboard, reading documentation, or otherwise accessing any UniMarkets product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use UniMarkets. The word “UniMarkets” in these Terms refers to the product, website, brand, platform, services, interfaces, tools, and associated operators, contributors, vendors, and service providers, where applicable.

UniMarkets is designed as a prediction market aggregator and trading terminal concept. It may display, organize, route, summarize, compare, index, filter, or help users discover markets, probabilities, prices, order books, liquidity, venue information, analytics, and signals across multiple prediction market sources. Because prediction markets are highly dynamic, information displayed through UniMarkets may change quickly, may be delayed, may come from third parties, may be incomplete, and may be affected by network conditions, third-party platform availability, data provider reliability, indexing schedules, liquidity changes, or user configuration. You are responsible for understanding the product, the venue, the market, the instrument, and the legal, financial, technical, and operational risks before taking any action.

2. Nature of the Service

UniMarkets provides software and informational tools intended to improve discovery, analysis, aggregation, and navigation across prediction markets. The platform may provide market search, watchlists, dashboards, news or signal layers, order or liquidity routing tools, portfolio views, arbitrage views, alerts, API features, research pages, educational content, and experimental interfaces. These features are intended to help users organize information and interact with supported services more efficiently. They are not a promise of profitability, accuracy, execution quality, tax treatment, regulatory compliance, market availability, or uninterrupted access.

Prediction markets involve outcomes based on uncertain future events. Prices, probabilities, sentiment, depth, spreads, fees, slippage, resolution criteria, dispute processes, and venue rules can differ from one market or platform to another. UniMarkets may simplify or standardize some information for readability, but a simplified view should never be treated as a complete representation of a third-party market. You must review the original market terms, rules, settlement criteria, restrictions, fees, risk disclosures, venue policies, and applicable laws before trading or relying on information. UniMarkets may add, remove, rank, hide, categorize, or change supported venues and market sources at any time. A supported integration does not mean UniMarkets endorses that venue, guarantees its legality in your jurisdiction, or accepts responsibility for its conduct.

3. No Financial, Investment, Legal, Tax, or Betting Advice

All information provided by UniMarkets is for general informational, analytical, product, and educational purposes only. UniMarkets does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, betting advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, hedge, arbitrage, speculate, or participate in any market. Any analytics, market rankings, probability movements, spreads, liquidity views, charts, alerts, AI-generated summaries, social signals, volatility indicators, or suggested opportunities are informational signals only. They should not be treated as personalized advice or as a substitute for independent professional judgment.

You are solely responsible for every decision you make. You should consult qualified financial, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or professional advisers before acting on information obtained through UniMarkets, especially if you are unsure whether prediction markets are lawful or appropriate for you. No content on the website creates an adviser-client relationship, broker relationship, fiduciary duty, agency relationship, exchange relationship, or investment advisory relationship. Past market behavior, historical odds, implied probabilities, trading activity, volume, liquidity, or apparent arbitrage does not guarantee future results. You may lose money, lose access, face market settlement disputes, or experience unexpected technical and regulatory outcomes.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You may use UniMarkets only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must not use UniMarkets if you are under the minimum legal age applicable to prediction markets, financial trading, online contracts, or similar activities in your jurisdiction. You must not use UniMarkets from a location where the relevant market, venue, product, or service is prohibited. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, restrictions, sanctions, age requirements, identity requirements, tax obligations, reporting obligations, and venue-specific eligibility requirements that apply to you.

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, location, eligibility, institutional status, jurisdiction, or authority to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, browser, accounts, passwords, email access, wallet credentials, API keys, private keys, two-factor authentication, and any connected accounts. UniMarkets will not be responsible for losses arising from compromised credentials, phishing, device malware, unauthorized access, wallet errors, smart contract interactions, mistaken transactions, or use of insecure networks. If you believe your account, email, API key, or wallet connection has been compromised, you should stop using the service and contact us at the contact email listed in these Terms.

5. Third-Party Platforms, Venues, Data, and Links

UniMarkets may rely on, link to, display information from, or integrate with third-party websites, blockchains, protocols, exchanges, prediction markets, data providers, analytics providers, wallet providers, payment processors, identity tools, infrastructure vendors, hosting providers, messaging services, and other external systems. These third parties are independent from UniMarkets. Their terms, privacy policies, trading rules, fee schedules, dispute mechanisms, market resolution processes, data quality, uptime, regulatory status, and security practices are outside our control.

When you click a third-party link, connect to an external venue, submit an order to another platform, sign a wallet transaction, use a third-party API, or rely on external market data, you do so at your own risk. UniMarkets does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, availability, security, settlement, or performance of third-party services. A third-party platform may suspend accounts, restrict regions, change fees, pause markets, reject orders, delay withdrawals, modify market criteria, resolve markets differently than expected, suffer outages, or become unavailable. UniMarkets is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, claim, fee, tax, dispute, or damage.

6. Beta Features, Experimental Tools, and Product Changes

UniMarkets may release beta, alpha, preview, waitlist, internal, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, untested, unstable, inaccurate, rate-limited, or subject to change without notice. They may contain bugs, missing data, incorrect calculations, incomplete venue coverage, user interface errors, or unexpected behavior. You should not rely on beta features for high-value decisions or time-sensitive actions. We may change, pause, limit, remove, migrate, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

Product descriptions, screenshots, examples, roadmaps, feature names, waitlist benefits, token references, integrations, dashboards, pricing, performance claims, and availability statements are not binding commitments unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. UniMarkets may conduct tests, experiments, interface changes, ranking adjustments, pricing trials, and access restrictions. We may also reject, suspend, or limit access to protect users, comply with law, reduce abuse, manage infrastructure, prevent fraud, or maintain product integrity.

7. User Content, Feedback, and Communications

You may submit information to UniMarkets through forms, waitlists, contact pages, account fields, support messages, surveys, feedback forms, bug reports, analytics requests, community channels, or other communication tools. You represent that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, non-confidential unless expressly agreed otherwise, and does not violate the rights of others. You should not submit sensitive personal information, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, confidential trading strategies, private business information, or regulated information unless specifically requested through a secure and appropriate channel.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, market lists, integration ideas, designs, or other product input, you grant UniMarkets a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and implement that feedback without compensation or obligation to you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information, but it allows us to improve the product. We may contact you using the details you provide for operational notices, waitlist updates, support, product research, compliance checks, or marketing where permitted by law and consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use UniMarkets for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass geographic, age, identity, sanctions, venue, or compliance restrictions; using the platform to commit fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, coordinated abuse, false reporting, harassment, or illegal gambling; scraping or harvesting data in a way that burdens systems or violates rights; reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the service without permission; injecting malware, probing vulnerabilities, disrupting infrastructure, or interfering with normal operation; impersonating others; submitting false data; or using automated tools except through approved APIs and within posted limits.

You must not use UniMarkets to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, data protection laws, export controls, sanctions, anti-money laundering rules, anti-bribery laws, consumer protection laws, or financial regulations. We may monitor, limit, suspend, terminate, investigate, or report activity that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, platform integrity, or the rights of users or third parties. We may also preserve and disclose information when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect UniMarkets, users, partners, or the public.

9. Accounts, Access, Security, and Availability

Some features may require registration, invitation, wallet connection, API access, beta approval, or other authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account, connected wallet, API key, or submitted email address. You should use strong passwords, device security, reputable wallets, updated browsers, and reasonable security controls. We may require additional verification or restrict access if we detect suspicious activity, legal risk, technical risk, or violation of these Terms.

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. UniMarkets may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, cyber incidents, provider downtime, blockchain congestion, API outages, traffic spikes, browser incompatibility, regulatory restrictions, DNS issues, hosting issues, incorrect user configuration, or events beyond our control. We may display stale, delayed, cached, or partial data during disruptions. You should independently verify time-sensitive information before acting. UniMarkets is not liable for missed opportunities, failed execution, data delay, lost profits, market movement, account restriction, or inability to access the website or related services.

10. Intellectual Property

The UniMarkets name, logo, website design, user interface, product structure, visual assets, copy, code, databases, workflows, dashboards, icons, graphics, documentation, analytics displays, layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to UniMarkets, except where third-party materials are clearly identified. These materials are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. You may access and use the service for your permitted personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service as intended.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, create derivative works from, remove notices from, or exploit UniMarkets materials without written permission, except where allowed by law. You may not use the UniMarkets name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, investment recommendation, or official affiliation without permission. Third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners, and any appearance on UniMarkets is for identification or integration reference only.

11. Fees, Payments, Taxes, and Commercial Terms

Certain features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, credits, usage fees, revenue share, enterprise agreement, API plan, or other commercial terms. Any paid offering will be subject to the pricing, billing, refund, cancellation, access, and usage terms presented at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. Prices may change prospectively. You are responsible for taxes, duties, transaction fees, network fees, payment processor charges, currency conversion charges, exchange fees, and third-party costs associated with your use.

If UniMarkets later provides paid access or facilitates interactions with third-party trading venues, fees charged by those venues are separate from any UniMarkets fees unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not control third-party venue fees, gas fees, withdrawal fees, spreads, slippage, payment processor fees, or banking charges. Unless a separate refund policy applies, payments for digital access, enterprise services, APIs, or beta features may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

UniMarkets is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. We do not warrant that market data, probabilities, prices, routing, alerts, analytics, summaries, rankings, or third-party information will be correct, complete, current, or suitable for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniMarkets and its operators, contributors, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses, market losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, reputation damage, account suspension, third-party platform failure, wallet compromise, regulatory action, or tax consequences, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid directly to UniMarkets for the relevant service during the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no payment was made.

13. Indemnity, Termination, and Governing Matters

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniMarkets and its operators, contributors, affiliates, vendors, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your user content, your third-party platform activity, your trading or market decisions, your tax or regulatory obligations, or your infringement of any rights. We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or if required for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. Provisions concerning responsibility, prohibited uses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related obligations will survive termination. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, notices, privacy requests, legal concerns, or support, contact UniMarkets at alerts@unimarket.io. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and in a manner that preserves the lawful purpose of the agreement.
