Growth Lead
The Growth Lead at UniMarkets will own the complete user acquisition and market expansion strategy for a fast-growing prediction markets aggregator. This role is designed for someone who understands how financial communities, crypto-native audiences, traders, researchers, analysts, and early adopters discover new platforms. Your work will include building growth funnels, referral campaigns, launch campaigns, ambassador programs, newsletter growth, community activation, and partnerships with prediction market creators, analysts, influencers, traders, and fintech communities. You will be responsible for identifying the most important acquisition channels for UniMarkets, including organic content, Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, newsletters, affiliate partners, Web3 communities, trading groups, and market intelligence publishers. Requirements include strong communication skills, experience in growth or marketing, understanding of crypto or fintech audiences, ability to work independently, and comfort with data-driven decision making. Experience in prediction markets, trading, DeFi, or creator-led communities is a major advantage.
